The event is aimed at organisations that are planning to upgrade, replace or select a new ERP system. 14 leading ERP vendors will present their products over the first 2 days of the event. Each of the event vendors has a page in the website with all their details, click on their logo in the Sponsors section for more information. ERP software solutions suitable for various organisation sizes, from large corporates to SME’s, will be represented.
The live demonstrations will review the ERP products based on defined scripts covering Finance, Production, Projects, Procurement, HCM, Sales Quotation, Sales High Volume and Business Intelligence & Analytics amongst others.
All vendors will take part in an ‘Elevator Speech’ to introduce themselves. During this session vendors will present a summary of the USP’s to convince delegates why it would be a good idea to attend their presentation. However, if you would like guidance, the Lumenia team can advise you as to which sessions to attend.
You will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions to the presenters at the end of the presentation.
There will be 4 concurrent ERP product demonstrations and vertical presentations, you can choose which one to attend, check out the Agenda for further information.

Yes, all vendors have a meet and greet stand at the event. Their page on the event website and the event App will give you contact details and information for all of the speakers and vendors, so you can interact with them and arrange private calls or 1:1 meetings, during or post-event.
Sorry, unfortunately not. As per our T&C’s, attendance at the event will be limited to organisations that are potential buyers of ERP.
We recommend that you book the 2 days out in your calendar so that you are not disturbed. There will be plenty of time to network with the vendors and other delegates. Each vendor will have a dedicated stand in the exhibition area, where you can meet with them and discuss your requirements.
