ERP HEADtoHEAD™ In-person Event, 13-14 March 2024
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) form part of your online registration (“Online Registration”) for our in-person events (“In-person Event”) which represent the entire agreement between you and your Company as detailed in your Online Registration (“you” or “your”) and Lumenia Consulting Ltd or its subsidiaries (“Lumenia“, “we” or “us“). By completing and submitting your Online Registration and ticking the relevant box as part of the registration process, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Event Attendance
1.1 Completion of this form does not guarantee attendance at the event. Lumenia Consulting reserves the right to decline registrations.
1.2 Attendance will be limited to organisations that are potential buyers of ERP solutions and is not open to consultants or individuals who do not meet these criteria.
1.3 If Lumenia declines a registration, full fees paid will be refunded as soon as possible.
2. ln-person Events
2.1 You and your delegates are responsible for planning your visit and arriving at the event venue in ample time for the event.
2.2 You and your delegates must always behave in a professional and appropriate manner at our events and must not engage in any behaviour contrary to this. This includes, but is not limited to, trying to exhibit without registering as an exhibitor or sponsor, marketing your business without registering as an exhibitor or sponsor, bad behaviour or protest.
2.3 During the course of the In-person Event you and your delegates may not: (i) perform any activity or cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to Lumenia, any exhibitor, sponsor, or any other delegates or attendees; or (ii) conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities.
2.4 You or your delegates may not sell or display any goods or services or distribute any materials at the In-person Event.
2.5 We reserve the right to deny access, or require a person already admitted to leave the In-person Event without refund, liability, or compensation should the attendance of such individual be determined illegal, disruptive, inappropriate or potentially a legal or reputational liability, or inconsistent with these T&Cs. Furthermore, we reserve the right to require an individual to leave the In-person Event at any time for any reason or no reason, is our sole and absolute discretion.
3. Payment of the Registration Fee
3.1 This clause 3 only applies where a registration fee for attending an In-person Event is indicated as part of your Online Registration (“Registration Fee”).
3.2 You agree to pay the Registration Fee as detailed in your Online Registration and in accordance with these T&Cs. The Registration Fee, unless otherwise stated, is inclusive of all charges, duties, levies or similar charges.
3.3 Where you have completed an Online Registration, you must make immediate payment via credit card in the “Payment” section of the Online Registration before submitting your registration.
4.1 Bookings are cancellable and any Registration Fees paid are refundable up to 7 days before the event start date.
4.2 In the unlikely event that Lumenia has to cancel the In-person Event, we will give you as much notice as possible. You will be given the option of a refund of the Registration Fee or transfer to an alternative event.
We are not liable to you for any non-attendance of your delegates for any reason.
6. Circumstances outside our control
We will not be liable to you for any delay, defect or deficiency in performing our obligations under these T&Cs to the extent that such delay, defect or deficiency is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. This includes (but is not limited to) acts, defaults or omissions of our suppliers or subcontractors, a strike, lock out or other form of industrial action, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance or acts of terrorism; pandemic, epidemic or other health emergency; fire, explosion or flood; or theft and malicious damage.
7. Event agenda changes
We will use reasonable endeavours to avoid changes in the advertised Event Agenda. However, from time to time amendments may be required, for example as a result of changes to speakers’ circumstances or corporate change. The most up to date Agenda will be listed on the Event website.
8. Data protection
8.2 You understand that by choosing to attend the In-person Event, we will share your personal data (as disclosed when registering) with the ERP Vendors directly involved in supporting the event. We also share vendor score data that you provide to us at the event and the sessions that you attend (via badge scanning) with the relevant ERP Vendors.
8.3 To gain access to the In-person Event App, you understand that your data will be shared with our technology event partners. You will need to agree to their Terms & Conditions.
8.4 You have complied with your own data protection obligations in respect of the personal data that you supply to us and that you are entitled to disclose such personal data to us.
9. Photography and Social Media
9.1 You must not take photographs or otherwise film or record content within the In-person Event presentations without Lumenia’s prior written approval.
9.2 You may not tag or otherwise discuss on any social media platforms any person at the In-person Event without their permission.
9.3 Video and photographs will be taken and used for promotional purposes (with no name references). If you do not wish to appear on any promotional material please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. Changes to these T&Cs
We may change and update these T&Cs. Please check back from time to time to review the current version of these T&Cs.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Event Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
