The Lumenia ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event will be held in the conveniently located Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport on 01 – 02 October 2024.

The event welcomes organisations from all industry sectors that are planning to upgrade or replace their ERP systems or want to find out more about the ERP marketplace.

ERP solutions suitable for various organisation sizes, from large corporates to SME’s, will be represented. 

The live demonstrations will review the ERP products based on defined scripts covering Finance, Production, Procurement, Projects, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Sales High Volume, Sales Quotation and Supply Chain Planning.

All vendors will take part in an ‘Elevator Speech’ to introduce themselves. During this session vendors will present a summary of the USP’s to convince delegates why it would be a good idea to attend their presentation. However, if you would like guidance, the Lumenia team can advise you as to which sessions to attend.   

As it is an in person event, why not register a colleague to attend the conflicting session.  Alternatively, you could arrange to meet and speak with the vendor outside of the presentation time.

Lumenia will be presenting 3 keynote speeches over the 2 days on ‘Characteristics of Successful ERP Projects’, ‘Navigating the Intersection between ERP and Digital Transformation’  and ‘Are you ERP ready?’. Check out the Agenda for further details.

The panellists discuss their experiences, the most common mistakes and learnings that they encountered during their ERP project implementation. You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the session using the event App or by raising your hand. The panel discussion is always an event highlight.

The registration price includes attendance at all sessions, materials, access to the event platform and the option to arrange 1:1 meetings with the ERP sponsors and Lumenia team. Also, lunch and all refreshments throughout the 2 days.

You can register by following the ‘Register Now’ button on our website. When registration is opened you will be registering using the Eventbrite platform. All registrations will be verified by the Lumenia events team. 

Yes, it is up to you as to how many days or sessions that you attend. Payment is for the 2 days regardless of how many sessions you attend. 

Yes, all vendors have a meet and greet stand at the event. Their page on the event website and the event App will give you contact details and information for all of the speakers and vendors, so you can interact with them and arrange private calls or 1:1 meetings, during or post-event.  

Sorry, unfortunately not. As per our T&C’s, attendance at the event will be limited to organisations that are potential buyers of ERP. 

We recommend that you attend the 2 day event and remove any other calls / meetings from your diary. Browse the event website or event app prior to the event and check out the event agenda.  There will be plenty of time to network with the vendors and other delegates. Each vendor will have a dedicated stand in the exhibition area, where you can meet with them and discuss your requirements.
