Second ERP HEADtoHEAD™ proves a great success as 9 companies battled it out

The second ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event took place in the Carlton Hotel, Dublin Airport on 22nd and 23rd February 2012. The event proved to be hugely successful with over 70 people in attendance.

Over the two days nine products were demonstrated from Epicor, IFS, Infor Lawson, Intact iQ, Microsoft, QAD, Sage, SAP and SYSPRO using a single script, allowing for a true like-for-like comparison for finance and IT executives.

Products were presented from each company once each day, with presentations taking place in three parallel streams. It enabled delegates who could only attend for one day a better chance of seeing the products they wanted to see.

Each presenting company also had a demonstration stand. Here attendees could see more detailed demonstrations and get specific questions answered. The event also allowed for plenty of time to network with other organisations also planning on implementing ERP.

“We have received very positive feedback both from vendors and attendees on the event. Because it has been so successful we plan to run it in the UK in March 2013 and again in Ireland in October 2013”, stated Sean Jackson, Managing Director, Lumenia.
