Leading ERP systems comparison event takes place in UK with overwhelming success

The 9th UK Lumenia Consulting ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event took place on 13-14 March in the DoubleTree by Hilton, Milton Keynes, UK. This was the largest Lumenia UK ERP event to date with 14 ERP solution providers demonstrating their software. 

The two day event, facilitated by independent ERP and digital transformation consultants, Lumenia Consulting, allowed ERP buyers to compare 14 leading solutions and see the latest ERP technologies on offer.

The event kicked off to a packed room of ERP buyers with an introduction from Event Chair Ian O’Toole, Managing Partner at Lumenia Consulting, which was followed by each of the 14 ERP vendors presenting an elevator pitch to introduce themselves to the attendees and convince them as to why they should attend their system demonstrations. The delegates then attended ERP demos based on high-level scripts covering Finance, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HR and Sales. The ERP solutions demonstrated included SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, Priority Software, Sage X3, Kerridge K8, QAD, Rootstock and Intact iQ.

The event featured an ERP packed Agenda with 28 ERP product demonstrations in total, three Lumenia good practice presentations, four vendor sector focused presentations and a feature showcase presentation from Infor. There was also lots of time for discussion at the many networking breaks throughout the event. Concluding the event, which is always an agenda highlight is the panel discussion comprised of industry end users on ‘Avoiding ERP Implementation Mistakes’.

The winner of the “ERP HEADtoHEAD™ Best Vendor Demonstration – UK 2024”, chosen by delegates, was Vision33, demonstrating SAP Business ByDesign. Vision33 achieved an overall delegate satisfaction rating of 95%. In very close second were Aspera Solutions and in third place were Delaware.
