‘Why ERP in a services business is different’ from FinancialForce

Services businesses are different from product centric businesses. Selling services is not a linear process. You cannot make a transactional sale and then run away. You have to build long term relationships, continually adding value over time for mutual benefit. You need to be flexible and agile, able to rapidly spin up new business models such as subscriptions and usage based services.

And at the heart of it all is customer centricity, not just in sales, but in every part of the business.

This session will explore what customer centricity means to a services business and how our ERP systems need to respond to that challenge.
