What is in it for you?
The 9th UK Lumenia ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event will take place on 13-14 March 2024 in Milton Keynes, UK. The event offers a unique opportunity to compare and experience leading ERP system vendors and their products.
Demonstrations will be based on defined high-level Scripts covering Finance, Production, Projects, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain, Sales Quotation and Sales High Volume.
The event is aimed at organisations that are planning to upgrade or replace their ERP systems. This is an ideal opportunity for senior finance or IT executives and members of their ERP selection teams to efficiently review the leading ERP software products and to learn how to manage their selection process so that risk is reduced and benefits are maximised.
Over the 2 days there will be 28 ERP demonstrations allowing you to compare the 14 leading ERP solutions. ERP software suitable for various organisation sizes, from large corporates to SME’s, will be represented. The event will also have vendor independent keynote presentations from Lumenia, a panel discussion, vendor vertical presentations on Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Manufacturing/Discrete Manufacturing and Distribution, a vendor showcase presentation and more.
The event will also allow for lots of networking and opportunity to arrange 1:1 meetings with the sponsoring ERP vendors.

What to expect?
- The event will take place over a two day period. It will be facilitated by leading independent ERP experts, Lumenia Consulting.
- Lumenia will welcome attendees at the start of Day 1. On Day 1, all vendors will take part in an Elevator Pitch to introduce themselves. During this session vendors will present a summary of their USPs to convince delegates why it would be a good idea to attend their presentation.
- Delegates can choose to attend demonstrations focused on Finance, Production, Projects, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain, Sales Quotation and Sales High Volume. All demonstrations will be based on defined demonstration scripts.
- There will be 4 concurrent sessions, you can choose which sessions to choose. Check out the Agenda for updates.
- Meet leading ERP vendors in one place and at one time to discuss project-specific requirements.
- You will also have the opportunity to arrange 1:1 meetings with the ERP solution providers.
- During the event there will be vendor vertical presentations and a panel discussion involving companies who have already implemented ERP, who will share their experiences.
- There will also be vendor-independent presentations from Lumenia Consulting.
- After each session you will have an opportunity to rate the vendor demonstrations and the vendor that has scored the highest on their presentations will be awarded the title – ‘ERP HEADtoHEAD™ Best Vendor Demonstration – UK 2025′.
- Network and compare experiences with other organisations also planning to implement ERP.
- Each vendor will have an individual stand, where specific project requirements can be discussed in between presentations.
Senior Manager Programme

Venue
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milton Keynes is venue for the 2024, ERP HEADtoHEAD™ event, conveniently located midway between Oxford and Cambridge, Birmingham and London. Milton Keynes is just 30 minutes by fast train from Central London, Bletchley and Milton Keynes Central railway stations are 5 minutes away by taxi. If travelling by car, the hotel is just off M1, 12-minutes from junction 14, and 35 minutes from London Luton airport. DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes benefits from the on-site MK1 shopping and leisure park. The hotel has 1,700 car parking spaces and 304 guest rooms.
The hotel and conference venue is built into Stadium MK, home of MK Dons FC.
Pricing
Registration is open with individual pricing starting at £150 + Vat for access to the 2 day event. This includes attendance at all sessions, materials, lunch and all refreshments throughout the 2 days and access to the event App. For two or more attendees the price is £120 + Vat, with further discounts for 4+ people.

Yes, you can attend, just complete the Registration Form. The ERP vendors at the event are based in UK and Ireland and many have an international presence. Note, the event time is GMT!
14 leading ERP vendors will present their products over the first 2 days of the event. Each of the event vendors has a page in the website with all their details, click on their logo in the Sponsors section for more information. ERP software solutions suitable for various organisation sizes, from large corporates to SME’s, will be represented.
The live demonstrations will review the ERP products based on defined scripts covering Finance, Production, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, HRM, Sales – High Volume and Sales – Quotation based, amongst others.
All vendors will take part in an ‘Elevator Speech’ to introduce themselves. During this session vendors will present a summary of the USP’s to convince delegates why it would be a good idea to attend their presentation. However, if you would like guidance, the Lumenia team can advise you as to which sessions to attend.
You will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions to the presenters at the end of the presentation.

Yes, all vendors have a meet and greet stand at the event. Their page on the event website and the event App will give you contact details and information for all of the speakers and vendors, so you can interact with them and arrange private calls or 1:1 meetings, during or post-event.

We recommend that you book the 2 days out in your calendar so that you are not disturbed. There will be plenty of time to network with the vendors and other delegates. Each vendor will have a dedicated stand in the exhibition area, where you can meet with them and discuss your requirements.
